About Ricardo

Hi! I'm Ricardo, a US-born native English speaker, a former Deloitte Senior Manager, and a TEFL-certified English tutor. I work with professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and international teams who need to communicate their ideas clearly, explain why their recommendations make sense, and persuade others to act. At Deloitte, I trained and coached professionals, managed teams, and interviewed more than 100 candidates. I also helped international software engineers prepare for client discussions where technical detail and shared understanding mattered. My approach is practical and tailored to your goals. You’ll work toward communication that sounds like you—not a script filled with jargon—and helps others understand your thinking. In our first lesson, we’ll identify your communication goals and where you want to improve.
